Friday, October 8 at Siam City Hotel Bangkok, over 160 customers celebrated the THAILAND BRUKER DAY 2010 and official announcement of World Tech Enterprise Limited as an Exclusive Distributor for Bruker’s Chemical Analysis products in Thailand.
Before opening of the seminar, the customers were entertained by a professional performer which they enjoyed very much.
The seminar was opened with speeches by Mr. Peter Sprenger, Director of Bruker South East Asia and Mr. Sonti Dumrongsilp, Managing Director of World Tech Enterprise Ltd.
Peter expressed his sincere thanks to all customers for attending the THAILAND BRUKER DAY 2010 and talked about 50th year innovation of Bruker Corporation. During his presentation he officially announced the appointment of World Tech Enterprise as an Exclusive Distributor for Chemical Analysis Products in Thailand and invited Mr. Sonti to the stage.
Mr. Sonti welcomed and thanked the customers for coming to this very important event and strongly emphasized that World Tech Enterprise is committed to provide the best service and after sales support to the customers. We will conduct our business with honesty and sincerity for the long term business partnership, he said.
During the seminar, customers were fully engaged with presentations by Bruker’s Product Specialists on the new 400 series GC, the 300 series GCMS triple Quad and 800 series ICPMS. Based on the feedbacks, the customers were very impressed and happy with the seminar. A working 450 GC and 320 GCMSMS were displayed at the seminar along with a 820 ICPMS shell. These gave an opportunity for the customers to see and feel the instruments physically. They also had a good interaction with both Bruker’s and WTE’s sales and technical team asking lots of questions.
The customers also had the opportunity to participate in luck draws with the grand prize being iPod Shuffle. The customers went back happily, knowing that there is a new company World Tech Enterprise Ltd that they could call upon to help them solve their challenging analytical problems using wide range of Bruker’s high quality analytical instruments.
